形態特徵

• Stem creeping at base, ascending at top, 10-15 cm tall, 3 mm in diam. near base, leafy at upper half, green or light brown.
• Leaves obliquely ovate or obliquely elliptic, 3-5 cm long, 2-2.3 cm wide, apex acute, base obtuse, 3-nerved, midrib and lateral main veins often whitish and shining, or lateral ones less obvious.
• Inflorescence 3-7 cm long, short pedunculate, peduncle hairy, with basal sterile bracts; rachis 2-5 cm long, 5-12-flowered; floral bracts glabrous abaxially, ciliate at lower margins. Flowers resupinate; ovary glabrous, curved at apex; sepals green, glabrous, dorsal one triangular-ovate, 4.5-5 mm long, lateral ones obovate, 5-7 mm long, connate at base and forming sac; petals rhombic or falcate, 5 mm long, white with green dots along single vein; lip yellow, tripartite, 10-16 mm long, hypochile saccate, deeply bilobed, lobes rounded, containing 1 hooked papilla within each side, mesochile 5-7 mm long, with pectinate flanges on both sides, epichile divergently bilobed, 6-8 mm long, 8-10 mm across; column erect at base, bent forward at apex, with 2 ventral appendages; anther twisted at apex; pollinia with slender, twisted, tail-like stalk; stigmatic lobes 2, separated, lateral, receptive surface facing top of column; rostellum recurved, close to stigma and appendages, apex twisted for 135-180 degree, asymmetric.

• 台灣 : broadleaved forests below 1,500 m in the central mountain range.
• 世界 : Thailand, Sikkim, Khasia, Vietnam and southern China.
